Freitag Gruppe A

Samstag Gruppe B

Final Tag

· Mitspieler: 18
· Jeder Spieler startet mit den Chips, die er von der ersten Runde her besitzt.
· Ein Spieler nach dem anderen scheidet aus.
 Die letzten 9 Spieler erreichen den Final Table (letzten Tisch)
· Nach dem ersten Spiel am Final Table wir ein neues Turnier kreiert. Es wird ein
· 300€ + 30€ freezout No Limit Hold'em Turnier mit unlimitierter Spielerzahl sein.

Championship rules

Only 18 years or older people, without Casino's restrictions, will be allowed. ID card, passport or driving license is required (only passport for outer EU zone players).

Pass to the Casino will be included on the rights for all the participants.

Buy-in and registration amount, as well as the rebuys (if its exists), will be the announced at the Tournament program, which will be made public at all the effects.

Registrations will be attempted by asking order, with a previous payment of the corresponding amount.

Organization could reject the registration of any participant without the need of any justification.

Game rules for all the days of the tournament will be as followed:

• No limit Texas Hold'em is the game.
• Every player will receive the same amount of chips on the moment of taking his seat and will have the right to the established rebuys.
• Cards will be dealt to the left side. The player with the button will be the last to be dealt.
• Player at the left side of the button will be the first dealt. He will put the small blind and the player at his left will put the big blind.
• A player is eliminated when he lose his entire stack and he has no rebuys left or he doesn't want to use them.
• Eliminated players must leave the table.
• Chips must be keeped in a way that every player at the table could see them. Hide or put chips in a pocket is not allowed.
• Chip dumping is absolutely forbidden. Involved players will be automatically eliminated with no condition or claim possibility.
• Participants can't be substituted by any other participant.
• Chips used on the torunament can't be used on real games and must be returned to the Casino staff once the participants are eliminated or games ends.
• 52 cards decks will be used. Ace can be used as lower before a 2 or higher after a K.
• Winner combinations by value order are: Royal flush, straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, three of a kind, two pair and pair. In case of no combinations on the table, the higher card will be the winner.
• The amount of the inicial bet or Ante, as well as the blinds will be increased as the game time runs up. Those different levells will be announced by the tournament director.

Regulations relating to Teams sponsored by other companies than EuroSuperPoker.com in the Spanish Poker Championship.

EuroSuperPoker is the one and only sponsor of the Spanish Poker Championship.

• All of the online sites who make any online events without the explicit authorization from the Championship direction will be excluded from it, not being able to participate neither with their teams or possible winners of those Freerolls or Satellites.
• EuroSuperPoker.com is the one with the necessary authorization of the Spanish Poker Championship organizers to make marketing and/or promotional campaigns inside the venues where the Spanish Poker Championship tournaments take place along the time they are beeing played.
• EuroSuperPoker.com owns the exclusive rights to use the Spanish Poker championship in marketing campaigns as their own tournament. No other company may use the Spanish Poker Championship in marketing it as their own on the internet, forums, magazines, news articles or any other media. In that way is also forbidden to promote the Spanish Poker Championship promotions outside the own software/web page of those sites.
• EuroSuperPoker is the only poker room with the necessary rights to develop and organize satellites, freerolls or any other gift/promotion with entries or packages to the Spanish Poker Championship during the immediately previous month to the event. Those authorized poker rooms to run these kind of satellites and/or promotions shall quit offering them 30 days before the event they are referred to. If any company violates the rules above, the players who are representing the company in question will be excluded from the event by orders from the Casino and Tournament director.

Regulations relating to the wearing of branded logos by Players at any event on Spanish Poker Championship (Campeonato de España de Poker):

Players will be allowed to wear company logos/branding on their shirts provided that the following restrictions are accepted:

• One breast pocket logo no larger than 7cm x 10cm.
• Two upper shirt sleeve logos no larger than 8cm x 3cm. (One on each sleeve.)
• No other branding on any part of the clothing, body or card protectors etc. will be allowed.
• Baseball caps will be allowed but no logos must be visible on them.
• Players can be sponsored by a company only before the tournament start. Any un-sponsored player, not wearing branded clothing or logos at the beginning of a 'SPC/CEP' tournament, can only be sponsored by the headline sponsor (EuroSuperPoker.com).
• No more than 10% of the overall entry field at any event on the 'SPC/CEP' can wear the branding/logos of any single company with the exception of the headline sponsor of that event. If more than 10% of the players from any single company are wearing the branding/logos of any single company, then the players themselves or a company representative must decide which players wear the branded clothing. If no decision is made, then ‘The tournament director' will high card the players to make a decision.
• No more than 2 players on the final table can wear the logos of any single company. If more than 2 players from any single company reach the final table then the players themselves or a company representative must decide which 2 players wear the branded clothing. If no decision is made, then 'EuroSuperPoker.com' will high card the players to make a decision. Any player starting the final table with no logos must remain wearing no logos throughout the final.
• 'EuroSuperPoker.com' and the Tournament Director will have absolute discretion to approve the clothing and apparel worn by the players during the event. They will also have the right to remove any logo, image or words on the players' clothing and apparel, which in the opinion of 'EuroSuperPoker.com' or the Tournament Director contravenes the requirements of the commissioning broadcaster, 'EuroSuperPoker.com' or any regulatory body.

Classification system:

• Classification order is established by eliminations. As players are eliminated and tables get empty, the tournamet director will mount another tables by moving participants from a table to other, assigning the seats randomly, in a way that, at the end of the tournament, only a table exists. Tournament winners will be rewarded with the price pool formed with all the buy-ins, rebuys and add-ons. Apart of this, in each tournament, a 4% of the price pool will be saved for another price to award the “Spanish poker champion” who will result from a ranking of all the Casino events.

Once the championship has finished, the accumulated price will be awarded between the first 9 classifieds on the ranking as followed:

Ranking winner: 33,3%
2nd classified: 16,7%
3rd classified: 11,1
4th classified: 8,3%
5th classified: 6,1%
6th classified: 6,1%
7th classified: 6,1%
8th classified: 6,1%
9th classified: 6,1%

In case of any dispute because of a confuse play, a decision could be taken by the tournament director which will be decisive. The participating Casinos, on its own criterion, could cancel the tournament if circumstances require it, for example, an insufficient number of participants.
